Customers seeking to return goods must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending goods back to us.
If it is a return for exchange then please email the above address with details.
Please note: Please post Recorded delivey. We can only refund after receipt of goods back.
Customers should only return goods to us after we have authorised the return by way of confirmation email.
If customers seek to return goods for replacements then the customer must pay the return carriage cost of the original item to us and pay the carriage cost to send the replacement item out. We will advise how to do this when you contact us regarding the return.
In the event that we send out incorrect or damaged goods to customers then we will pay for the return of the goods and also the replacement item carriage charge as well.
If FREE DELIVERY has been offered then this basic delivery cost will also be included in the refund. However if an enhanced delivery service was chosen, e.g guaranteed next day, then the extra delivery service cost will not be included in the refund only the basic delivery cost.
Please note the buyer has 14 days from which the goods are received, to inform us that they wish to return the goods. The buyer then has 14 days to actually send the goods back.
The goods must however be in an as new and unused condition in their own original undamaged packaging. The buyer must return the goods at his own expense.
